Single Sash Window
This is an original weighted sash window removed from a Victorian Home circ 1894
The wooden frame is painted cream internally and bright blue externally
The bottom pane of glass has a mottled daisy pattern on it.
Overall Measures with Bottom Sill: 1280 mm wide x 1920mm high x 180mm thick
Just the window is 1115mm wide x 1920mm high x 125mm thick
Condition: In very good condition for its age – the timber is in very good condition and so are the ropes.
Will need a new window lock, comes with bolt lock,
It will need a sand and a fresh coat of paint internally – only selling due to demolishing of home
