Colonial Single Sash Window 1050mm wide
This is an original weighted sash window removed from a Californian Bungalow
The wooden frame is painted off-white internally and cream and dark green externally
It has an aluminium flywire and the window hardware is brass but has been painted off white
Overall Measures with Bottom Sill: 1120mm wide x 1530mm high x 195mm thick
Just the window is 1050mm wide.
Condition: In very good condition for its age – timber is in very good condition and so are the ropes. It will need a sand and a fresh coat of paint internally. Will also need new flywire mesh as there are holes in the flywire
