Laundry Cupboard Units
This contemporary laundry is only a few years old and is made up of a stone top sink unit with a double cupboard, a 4 door overhead unit and a 4-door tall Linen/ Storage cupboard
The units are gloss white 2pac and the benchtop is an engineered stone is an offwhite colour with a slight flex through it.
Unit 1 – Stone Top Sink Unit – this unit measures: 1580mm wide x 910mm high x 580mm deep
From left to right has the following:
- Double cupboard with 1 adjustable shelf – each door is 400mm wide
- Villeroy & Boch undermount sink – measures: 490mm wide x 340mm deep x 150mm bowl depth, comes with matt black goose neck tap that is 350mm high
- Cavity for front loader washing machine – 700mm wide
Unit 2 – 4 Door Overhead Cupboard Unit– this unit measures: 1520mm wide x 730mm high x 310mm deep
- Each door is 380mm wide and has 1 adjustable shelf.
Unit 3 – 4 Door Linen Cupboard / Utilities Cupboard – this unit measures: 1700mm wide x 2250mm high x 620mm deep
From left to right has the following:
- 4 door double cupboard – the bottom doors are 400mm wide x730mm wide and there is 1 adjustable shelf, the top doors ae 400m wide x 1380mm high and there are 3 adjustable shelves
- Double cupboard and each door is 450mm wide. – there are 2 chips in the 2 pac on the far right hand door.
- Doors have a white metal handle – see pic
In very good condition – only selling due to demolition. Just the small chips in the far right hand door as mentioned above
