Colonial Double Hung Sash Window with Shutters

This is an original weighted sash window removed from a Californian Bungalow

The top window pane has 9 equal size glass panes, Bottom window is plain glass

The wooden frame is painted cream internally and white externally

Has window lock, window pulls and lift ropes, all in good condition

It also comes with matching plantation shutters

Overall Measures 2100mm wide x 1745mm high x 170mm thick

Just the window is 1660mm high

Each sash window is 825mm wide

Condition: In very good condition for its age – timber is in very good condition and so are the ropes.  There are 2 broken glass panes – top left centre and top far right pane.

Both windows have been painted shut and it will need a sand and a fresh coat of paint internally – only selling due to demolishing of the home
