Colonial Single Sash Window with Shutters
This is an original weighted sash window removed from a Californian Bungalow
The wooden frame is painted cream internally and white externally
Has window lock, window pulls and lift ropes, all in good condition
It also comes with an aluminium flywire screen
Overall Measures with Bottom Sill: 1105mm wide x 1745mm high x 140mm thick
Just the window is 895mm wide x 1630mm high
Top window has 9 equal size glass panes, Bottom window is plain glass
Condition: In very good condition for its age – timber is in very good condition and so are the ropes.
It will need a sand and a fresh coat of paint internally – only selling due to demolishing of the home
