This Colonial Sash window has been removed from a Californian Bungalow
The wooden frame is painted cream internally and white externally
Has a white window lock and window pulls
Overall Measures with Bottom Sill: 1020 mm wide x 1655mm high x 140mm thick
Just the window is 900mm wide x 1630mm high
Top window has 9 equal size glass panes, Bottom window is opaque glass
Condition: In very good condition. The internal sill is coming away so will need to be reaffixed – see pic
timber is in very good condition and so are the ropes, reveal has a chip out of it
It will need a sand and a fresh coat of paint internally – only selling due to demolishing of home
