Original Single Sash Window
This is an original weighted sash window removed from a Victorian Home
The wooden frame is painted white internally and cream externally
Come with brass window pulls and chrome window lock
Overall Measures with Bottom Sill: 1295mm with sill x 2210mm high x 135mm thick
Just the window is 1170mm wide.
Condition: In very good condition for its age – timber is in very good condition.
It will need new ropes and the frame has a chip on the left hand side on the internal side – see pic
Sill will also need to be reaffixed as it is coming away
Pick up from Moorabbin or can organise delivery
