Vintage Metters Early Kooka Gas Stove

This unique vintage gas oven/stove combo is made from enamelled cast iron painted green with solid cream panels.

The hob is made of 3 removable cast iron pieces, with 5 control knobs just below the hob for controlling heat to stove and oven (no gas burners for stove available).

Below the hob is an open grilling area that utilizes the heat from stove. the oven has a gas burner at the roof and 2 removable wire shelfs and a sheet metal shelf.

Made by Metters in Australia, Circa, 1930’s.

Measures: 690 mm wide x 910 mm high x 520 mm deep

Condition – In good condition for a Vintage item, however it is missing gas burners and some piping missing- see photos
