This laundry sink unit and matching overhead cupboard unit is made from white gloss laminate and stainless steel.
The cupboards are white gloss and the benchtops are stainless steel.
The lower unit measures: 1450mm wide x 915mm high x 690mm deep and has 2 double cupboards with 1 adjustable shelf
The top unit measures: 1450mm wide x 620mm high x 350mm deep and has 2 double cupboards with 1 adjustable shelf.
The overhead cupboard unit also encases a strip of lights – see pic
Condition: In very good working – some cupboards could do with a wipe down.
Only selling due to demolition.

Buyer to remove – water and electricity have been abolished at the mains.
You will need a trolley and helpers to help you lift.
Pick up by arrangement during daylight hours only.
