External Door and Casement Window Unit with frame
This unit includes a door with a side casement window, with the frame.
The door has an upper glass pane with two lower wooden panels. One of the panels has a doggie door attached.
Door has been painted white externally and cream internally.
The window has hinges on the side and comes with a brass casement window stay.
Overall the unit Measures: 1480mm wide x 2125mm high x 140mm deep
With the Sill measures: 1090mm wide x 40mm high x 210mm deep
Door alone measures: 815mm wide x 2040mm high x 40mm thick (glass measures: 560mm wide x 900mm high)
Window Measures: 555mm wide x 1035mm high x 35mm deep
Condition: Good – There is rot in one of the wooden panels on the door, as well as in the corner of the window, and some minor damage to the door frame (see pics) – all can be bogged or the bottom panels of the door can be replaced. There are no cracks in glass.
