Overall it is in very good condition but some of the cupboards will need a wipe down.  There are also no handles or taps included.

Buyer to remove you will need battery-operated tools and needs to pick up  daylight hours as there is no power connected – pending demolition

Unit 2 – Side Wall with Pantry and Fridge unit

From left to right it has the following:

• Tall pantry with 2 doors.  Has 8 adjustable shelves and 1 fixed – 1050mm wide x 2650mm high x 170mm deep
• Fridge Unit – this unit is 920mm wide  – the top door is 825mm high and has 2 adjustable shelves, then there is an integrated fridge / freezer fridge door is 1045mm high freezer door is 770mm high.
• Utlities cupboard with 4 adjustable shelves and 3 drawers – this unit is 720mm deep.

Unit 3 Sink Unit.

From left to right this unit has the following:

• Miele Dishwasher Model G2270 SCVI – 600mm wide
• Large double stainless steel sink – 1035mm wide – each sink is 450mm wide x 400mm deep x 180mm bowl height
• Large drawer for bins – 1035mm wide – this drawer has a scratch on the front and will need a good clean
• Skinny cupboard with 1 shelf – 310mm wide

There are 6 drawers and each drawer is 675mm wide
