Unit 1 – Island Bench Unit – This unit measures: 3565mm wide x 910mm high x 1410mm deep.  This unit has a timber featured counter top, a white ceramic butler’s sink, a void for stools (see pic) and 3 sides of Pale Grey 2Pac cupboards/drawers. (Lights in pic are not included)

• Timber block measures 1140mm wide x 1410mm deep x 35mm thick
• Marble benchtop that covers the whole unit – there is a join at 630mm from the timber block side.
• Double Ceramic sink with Renaissance Double Lever Chrome and Porcelain Sink Mixer Tap. Sink measures: 755mm wide x 485mm deep and each sink is 370mm wide x 180mm bowl depth.

Island bench side 1

• Void for stools that is 1185mm wide x 815mm high
• Double cupboard with 2 adjustable shelves doors are 505mm wide
• Single cupboard with 2 adjustable shelves – door is 505mm wide.
• Facia panel 505mm wide

Island Bench side 2 – this section has 6 drawers that are 575mm wide

Island Bench Side 3 – sink side.  This section has the following

• Facia panel that is 580mm wide
• Top drawer 595mm wide and pull out 4 piece bin insert – 595mm wide x 485mm high
• Double cupboard under the sink
• Void for stools that is 1185mm wide x 815mm high

Unit 2 – This L shape cupboard and drawer unit is white 2pac cupboards.  There are 2 parts  to this unit.

1. Drawer unit to the left of the oven (Oven is not included) – this unit is 1210mm wide x 910mm high x 595mm deep and has 6 drawers.
2. L Shape Unit – this unit measures: 3040mm wide along the back edge (2445mm wide along the front edge) return back is 1690mm wide and front return is 1100mm wide. It is 2 pieces of marble – the return is one piece that is 1100mm wide x 590mm deep.  This unit has 10 drawer and 2 single cupboards and a corner cupboard.  Each drawer on the window side is 560mm wide and on the return they are 475mm wide.

Unit 3 – Fridge and Pantry Unit – this section measures 2800mm wide x 3100mm high x 755mm deep.

This section is charcoal grey 2pac cupboards with Oak Timber veneer and white laminate internals.  From left to right has the following:

• Double Integrated Liebherr Premium No Frost Fridge Freezers with retro fridge handles. Each fridge has 3 shelves and double crisper drawers.  One freezer has 2 drawer (missing a drawer) and the other has 5 drawers and an icemaker.  Fridges measure: 595mm wide x 1090mm high.  Freezers measure 595mm wide x 780mm high.
• Double cupboard above the fridges – doors are 1010mm high
• Double Doors where the doors retract to show a featured timber veneer unit that has 2 adjustable and 1 fixed half shelf and 6 drawers. Doors together are 1290mm wide x 1880mm high
• Double cupboard above the appliance unit with 2 adjustable shelves – doors are 1010mm high

Butler’s Pantry

This lovely Butler’s Pantry has Carrara Marble benchtops, shaker style cupboards with chrome handles and white laminate internals.  All the drawers are Blum soft closing and the open shelves are adjustable.

It is made up of 4 sections

1. Left Side Bottom Section
2. Left Side Overhead Cupboards – either side of window
3. Right Side Bottom Section
4. Right Side Overhead Open Shelving Units

Unit 1:  Left side bottom section measures: 3120mm wide x 910mm high x 590mm deep.

From left to right it has the following:

• 3 drawers that are 640mm wide
• Integrated dishwasher – Miele Model G4960 SCVi – with cutlery drawer
• Double cupboard under the sink – each door is 380mm wide
• 2 x Pull out double bins – each door is 440mm wide
• Franke Stainless Steel Sink with Insinkerator – sink is 730mm wide x 410mm deep. Each bowl is 340mm wide and one bowl is 170mm deep and the other 190mm deep
• Extendable Single Lever Franke Chrome Tap – 260mm wide x 420mm high
• Pure Magic Water Filter and Chrome Lever Tap – tap is 270mm x 130mm

Unit 2:  Left Side Overhead cupboards – the left side measures 1270mm wide x 1760mm high x 330mm deep.  The right side is 870mm wide.  Both sides have 4 adjustable shelves and a featured curved cupboard on each end.

Unit 3: Right Bottom Section – The front edge is 2470mm wide (back edge is 2900mm wide) x 910mm high x 590mm deep.

The return is 335mm wide at the front x 440mm deep

From left to right:

• Void for bar fridge 620mm wide
• 2 sets of 3 drawers – each set is 530mm wide
• Single drawer and single cupboard 530mm wide
• Return has a skinny drawer and cupboard 210mm wide

Unit 4 – Overhead Open shelf section.  This section is a L Unit with a corner shelf into the wall.  Measures: 2565mm wide at the front, 2900mm wide on back edge x 1745mm high x 345mm deep.

The return is 590mm long front edge (920mm long back edge)

Builder will remove and have it ready for collection from Sandringham, VIC.

You will need helpers to help you lift and load the marble and all the cabinets.  You will also need a large truck as there is a lot of cabinetry to fit in.
